As Scott says we beat the Mancs 7-0 with a variation of this system and the change to inverted fullback coincided with out 10 game run at the end of the season.

Yeah I'm used to seeing Trent going into midfield and I hope he carries on doing it to the extent that I'm hoping we sign another RB soon. It's mostly been easier to see a 4-3-3 with the line up though and not being as familiar with the players (Bradley, Mac, Doak) is partly the issue I think.

Oh here we go!

There you go Jurgen, theres your formation for next season! All the thrills and spills from when we beat the manc's 7-0. Give us the trophies now, we will be unstoppable!

(Bournemouth 1 Liverpool 0)

No. It’s an example of when we’ve used a similar formation and it’s worked in an all time historic win.

Also, Klopp said 2 days ago there will be more signings, so it’s not the “make do” formation.

Trent with the vision and ability that Hendo and Fab have never possessed. Just light years a better player.

Need to see him under pressure in this role though.

He is going to be further away from the goal though, so maybe a waste of possible assists?

who's the second 6, because bradley has been out on the touchline every time i have seen him?

Still Bradley, he's just drifting into the half spaces off the ball when Trent has it, Trent is playing as the deepest player and Bradley is rotating around him.

'

Lots of the possession is on our right hand side so everything is dragged over to that side.

i'm not seeing him like that to be honest. it's just traditional full back play, when doak is more outside he is just underlapping, when he is inside he's wider. on the other side robbo is attacking like a regular full back when the ball is down the left.
