This is what I like to hear. No pissing about by the club and waiting until the last minute to get deals done. Yes, I know the 'deal' to sign him in the last window was last minute and fell through but that all seems to have been down to Fulham being arses.

Bar the submission of documents to the PL, this is done and dusted so getting the medical done now would have been part and parcel of that. Why delay the medical if everything between the clubs and player is agreed?

Just seems logical to me.

Large parts of the medical are looking at future issues rather than whether they've currently got an injury (although that will be a part of it) so test's on the heart, blood work, urine tests for indicators of potential health issues like Diabetes.

Urine tests months before he even joins us is taking the piss.

It'll also give them a head start on developing a program for him in pre-season and what he needs to develop.

Just seems strange, we didn't do it for Diaz although if what you say is right it makes sense.

Im all in on the Williams brothers. One is made of adamantium playing 225 consecutive league games and the other is called Nico Williams! We can swap him for our one and see if they notice!

They any good like?

Quite a jump from tennis though.
