I don't think Chelsea will have enough to mount a title challenge this season, so I'd quite like them to get an equaliser here.

Equalisers boost confidence. Confidence boosts title challenges.

I’m glad they lost. Everton? Makes it interesting having them in the mix going into Chrissy.

Chelsea are bang average so I hope the title talk is now over. They couldn’t pass to save their lives there today and it’s a travesty they could have went top with a win. A team that hasn’t even beaten a top 10 team this season and didn’t score one goal against us, utd spurs & Everton....despite having Werner, giroud, Abraham,Havertz, ziyech and mount as their attacking players. Frank is a fraud.

I have only just seen it on MoTD and didn’t know the result! Ha! I don’t like seeing Everton win but it’s a good result for us, we must go top tomorrow if we win?

just looked at the fixtures and realise Spurs will be top still if they win.

Sadly, spurs nailed on to get 3 points against sheffield. I reckon wilder will be happy to lose this just to piss Jurgen off!

The longer this goes on, the less likely it becomes that we'll be buying Brewster back. They, and he, are going to be totally broken and dispirited with zero confidence. If he's ever going to come back, it has to be as a player who is fit and firing goals, ready to play at any time, not as a rebuilding project, just to get him back up to where he was when he left.

I was devastated to see he was being allowed to go, hoping he'd get his chance to show what he can do this season. But Fate has intervened, and it appears his choice of club, while logical at the time, has turned out to be less than ideal in such a short time. I wish him well in his future career, but I strongly doubt we'll ever get to see him as a Liverpool player in the coming years.
