And Woy's in front, just to increase the agro on here.

Alas, it was never going to last, let the chin stroking begin. City score twice in as many minutes against 6 fingers club, dancing around their defence like ballet dancers.

To be universally hated by your ilk is a blessing given the society you've created. If I was hated by someone I actually respected, I might have a think about it. Prick.

Hahaha, you really do think you're better than everyone else. You are a fucking fraud and a cunt to boot.

Same useless crap, same ones every game, need new blood sooner rather than later. Now for the match.

Fully expected result, things need to click soon or it will be a very long season. Still require at least 3/4 positions filled.

The match thread is more interesting than our games of late, why do some insist on thinking others cannot see the problems ? Just because it's not coming out on a continuous loop doesn't mean people don't know the problems we have. I like some am getting immune to it, it's money laden bollocks with average footballers and fans more interested in their camera than the game.

Life has more important things to offer, and this comes from a man who ate, slept and drunk football since he could walk.

Life goes on, they don't pay my bills, they don't care if I starve. It's a game. Took me long enough to realise it to my shame.

Decent enough performance & the defence were pretty good , but while we can't put the poorer teams away draws will not be good enough against the other big boys.

Felt we didn't have enough width today & that we were never going to score by little one-two's into the centre of the box. I would have gone 4231, started AOC on the right and lost one of the defensive trio.

Still hoping that we are due a couple of games where all our deflections go in or land at forwards' feet, and wins at Haribo & Spurs would put a better complexion on things.

We are a good team with some problems. I reckon klopp will fix these problems. Oh.. er.. Kill yourselves or some shit.

We are also only 3 points (If Chelsea and Arsenal both win) off the top 4, not exactly wrist slitting time. We were never going to have a squad to challenge for the title, even if we had signed VVD or brought Keita in earlier. Top 4 challenge again is the likely scenario and to try and get as deep as possible in the CL.

I'm baffled by Mourinho I really am. We're there for the taking, he's spent a kings ransom on new players, they've been free scoring, but then he sets up to frustrate same as last year!

I'd have taken a point all day at the start as I thought they'd twat us, feels a little disappointing now though!

Totally agree.

Optimistic for the future though

Thought we played well, much better than expected and looked equally as good as them

The 2 clear chances we created, whilst not as numerous as before were more than enough to win. What can was thinking of, going with his bad leg for his chance is beyond me? United have spent where they needed to in getting players in to beat the bottom 13 teams and to be mega west Brom for the top 6!

Ha, Chicken Kiev. Things could be a lot better mate, but we are where we are. None of us are to the wise whose fault it is, but FSG have clearly not wandered from their plan regardless of the manager in place. As far as people picking up on Klopp having faith in the players he has at his disposal, he's hardly going to be negative about the players he has when he wants them to perform for him. He might think why spend X amount on a certain player when the owners deduct that from the next window and I won't have enough funds to buy the players I really want and are willing to come. It's like in any walk of life when you are prepared to save up for something better instead of jumping in for the cheaper option. Of course, it could be Klopp being stubborn and wanting to do it his way and his alone, with the players he rates. My money is on the former though, although it is only an opinion. I'm not gonna stamp my feet like some though, we'd have to spend a lot more, or get extremely lucky to beat all those clubs to the title who can outspend us at will. Hopefully if we stick with Klopp he will show us his worth when he finishes his jigsaw puzzle. Swapping managers at the moment like some want, would serve no purpose whatsoever.

Anyway, need to do an Alcohol run.

Thought we played well today. It’s true that they were happy to sit deep and let us have the ball. I don’t think they wanted us to pass through them and get to the edge of their box as easily as we did though.

Our final pass just wasn’t there though. The two occasions where we did get in, De Gea made a great save and both Can and Salah missed great chances.

A very frustrating game which again exposed our new flaw of being wasteful in front of goal.

Onto the next one.

P.S. Mourinho is a bus parking cunt.

Disappointing result, but not surprising. It was nice to see how we clearly had a plan of not conceding free-kick around our area as well as corner kicks. Lukaku had very little to work with, and fluffed the one big chance he got.

I actually thought we played better than them overall, with Salah and Coutinho our best players. The drop in quality when they were hooked was quite noticable.

As much as I dislike Baconface - and that is quite a lot - he would have had the spuds to try to win this game and that is how he won titles

Quite the contrary, he made a routine out of swatting the cannon fodder of the league out of the way and that's a big reason for their incredible title haul under his tenure. We beat them plenty of seasons when they still became champions.

That said, he would never come to Anfield and play like they did today.
