For the 2nd time on a Hillsborough article, the only 2 comments published perpetuate the myth the fans were responsible despite the fact numerous independent inquiries all concluded the failings were with SYP and SWFC's shithole of a ground.

 

The comments also breach the wail's terms and conditions on accuracy and it is clear to me, someone on their moderation team is clearly anti Liverpool. It is beyond comprehension that the only 4 published comments on 2 separate articles published weeks apart, all imply 'it woz Liverpool fans that done it.'

I admire your will to fight it. I just believe the more we fight, the more publicity, the more they do it. This actually is not the same as institutions blaming us. This is the general public who just don't want to know - they actually do know it's wrong, but do it anyway. And of course the mail allow it, why wouldn't they? It's the fucking daily mail, it's about as anti-liverpool and anti-socialist as it's possible to be, they're just facists and that will never change. I think a better philosophy is don't give them your clicks, which is their aim.

Not that l want to or should go there but there is a report due our today on the findings of an enquiry into the Manchester bombing. There are some horrific findings coming from that, ie, Manchester Fire services and rescue crews taking two hours to arrive on the scene. Only one paramedic was at the scene for the first 40 mins after the explosion. It seems some people maybe could have been saved.

 

I hope some of those cunts from a certain couple of fanbases not too far away that chant the disgusting shite at us can find some positive energy to channel in a different direction.

Saw that on Granada last night. Also there were a team of firemen who were trained on counter terrorism incidents. They were blocked from leaving the station by their superiors for some random reason. They reckon they could have saved a lot of people if they were allowed to go. 

 

Basically the 18 month inquest was just people blaming each other and never taking any responsibility.

The Echo have reported his banning based on the same unverified screenshot of a statement and haven’t even reached out to Leeds to clarify if it’s accurate.

Yeah, I've seen tweets supposedly showing he has been banned by Leeds but absolutely no sources except a screenshot of an email that is too good to be true. You'd think Liverpool fans would treat unsourced/anonymous reports with the appropriate scepticism.

I understand your point of view, I really do. The way I see it is a lie is a lie whether it's about Hillsborough, somer other similar disaster or social issues.

 

Remain silent and dont challenge the lies and, to quote an old saying, the lie becomes the truth because everyone reads or hears the lies repeated unchallenged.

 

I admit we'll never beat down or completely silence all the eejits who constantly repeat the lies but the more we fight back, the more we hopefully lessen their numbers.

 

As for the Wail, I tend to treat most of their stories with a pinch of salt but, it does seem clear to me there's an anti Hillsborough individual working on the comments moderation. That may seem far fetched but I really cannot believe they only got 4 comments on the 2 articles that repeated the lies about the fans were the cause. There was no balance at all.

 

Credit to Leeds for acting so quickly and banning that jug eared cunt home and away for life. If only other clubs would follow suit and send a clear message.

I don't think it is far fetched that the person moderating the news stories has an agenda and with it being the mail, even less far fetched that it would be anti-liverpool - it is the daily mail after all. But as I say, I think that is probably done to fire up anger. all they want is clicks, they want people to get angry, send to their mates go look at this www.nazisbeingnazis.com and generating more clicks. but this is my point really. we're now at a stage where we've made the government accept the cover up. we've had the prime minister apologise in parliament. everyone who wants to know, knows and i am sure there are millions upon millions of people who had their views changed as a consequence of HIP and the new inquests. all the rest? they're just ignorant, hate filled scum bags. we can't change who they are in the same way you can't stop someone being racist. and social media has allowed any hate filled groups of people to come out into the open and the outrageousness of each other creates an environment where nothing shocks anymore and any level of hate and ignorance is accepted.
