The main pro Brexit people I work with all holiday several times a year in Spain...can't wait until they realise they'll be getting one euro per pound and will need to get visas to travel. No doubt they'll console themselves by saying that the EU is getting its own back and start to froth even more.

Germany's health care system seems to be managing OK and we have a hell of a lot more immigrants/refugees than what the UK have. The UK's national health system has been mismanaged for years and it was only ever going to take a moderate increase in patient numbers for certain areas to buckle. It is what this Tory government want, an excuse to fully privatise things, then you have certain pockets of society jumping on the anti immigrant bandwagon as they like to blame everything on them instead of realising the UK is on a slippery road all-round. The UK try to keep up with the Yanks by licking their arse and wanting to be a big player, they spend a fortune on wars that they don't need to get involved in, mainly because those arms have to be sold to line some fuckers pockets. As long as they keep doing this then other areas will suffer, the money has to come from somewhere.

One more thing, a lot of people still bang on about the NHS being free, it is only free in name and structure. In the UK you pay more taxes in general than other countries, also extra taxes such as the bedroom tax and Poll tax(community charge.) It is these taxes which pay for the NHS to run, so you are still paying for it, it is just a different set up to other countries who have Health insurance deducted from their wages yet still have a better Netto take home pay % wise than the UK.

I'd like to see us train up more of our own nurses, then some of the immigrant nurses can go back home where they are needed.

Ah, but that costs money and planning.

And probably the most significant reason for increased waiting times, particularly in general practice, is the number of unfilled posts. A problem that is only going to get worse over the shortish term as a huge cohort of GPs reach retirement age over the next few years

Was listening to Radio 4 last week or week before and it'll be at least 2 or 3 years before the current batch of home trained nurses start to graduate. But I'm not sure as to whether or not they would be contracted exclusively to the NHS though...

I listened to that too.

I don't know what the deal is with trained medical staff; whether they're obliged to work for a number of years for the NHS post qualifying. I think not but it doesn't seem unreasonable given the costs of their training.

A few days ago the IslamoNazi government of turkey raided the last newspaper that was against them. Today the EU fraudsters are giving the third world Islamonazi government of turkey 6bn euros more than what they've already given them to stop sending migrants to the EU.

Yes just watching this now, after Merkel invited them all into Europe they have now convinced Turkey to take them all back, what a farce!

Won't Turkey be a fully paid up member of the EU soon anyway? Meaning they'll all be eligible to come back without having to get on rubber dinghy's.

Only if Turkey allows them to become Turkish nationals I would have thought.

Anyways, here BoJo being that lovable rogue again allowing his staff to air their views as they wish on the In Out referendum. So not like that nasty Dave.

You would have thought so. But even then it more than likely is time limited and you couldnt stop nurses going elsewhere.

Why would you want to vote to leave this party? Just look all those corrupt clowns shifting your billions around to Dictators.

There are dozens of conditions on human rights, freedom of press, trade etc set by the E.U. to Turkey that need to be fulfilled before the process of integration to the EU. starts. Of course turkey has not done a single step on addressing those issues. In contrast they are doing exactly the opposite, surpressing women, press, ethnically cleansing the Kurds in turkey, in Iraq and Syria. Yet, they still manage to squeeze cash out of the E.U. madhouse though.  Now the E.U. pay turkey billions of Euros for the migrant crisis, which turkey has started, by intervening in Syria's internal affairs, helping start a civil war and bombing of the indigenous Kurds of Syria.

This has to be one of the biggest jokes in the post WW2 World.

Yes all that money has to be spent on the refugees though, don't worry I'm sure every penny will be accounted for!

Turkey have played a blinder there, a big pot of cash, get to come out of this looking like the good guys and another step closer to EU membership.

Like choseing to stay with a fat ugly slag with gonnereh or go home to a fat ugly slag with herpes.

When faced with that choice there's really only one thing to do.

Fuck em both off and go for a hot Latina. Which in this case means moving to sudamericana

"Isn't it better to stay in, with the frogs, the krauts, the dagos, the wops and those creepy child molesting Belgians?..."

"...Yep, that's a wrap everyone. Stick it as voiceover on the extras of our next DVD while I'm shown blocking up the entrance to the channel tunnel with a huge fuck-off truck. Will go like hot cakes."
