I find I'm so excited, I can barely sit still or hold a thought in my head. I think it's the excitement only a free man can feel, a free man at the start of a long journey whose conclusion is uncertain.

I hope I can make it across the border.

I hope to see my friend, and shake his hand.

I hope the Pacific is as blue as it has been in my dreams.

I hope we get beat.

That's a bollocks actually, Lovren might have to play. We have three centre backs out on loan too, if you include Wisdom, who could do a job at the right of a back three, could even be his best position.

Fuck it. It's only David Nugent and Ulloa.

Mignolet/Jones

Can

Toure

Sakho

Albert Tom

Gerrard

Allen

Johnson

Lallana

Borini

Coutinho

Got to manage the squad when the fixtures are coming thick and fast.

If Jones is fit, then it's a toss of a coin between the two barely-competent keepers.

Toure for Skrtel is a forced change.  Can and Sakho deserve another run out.

Johnson offers more of an attacking threat than Manquillo.

Gerrard can't (and shouldn't) be kept out for long - and he shouldn't be allowed to play alongside Lucas, so Allen (if fit) or Henderson should provide the energy in midfield.

Lallana and Coutinho were both hitting top form against Swansea, so more of that, please.  Sterling was also very good, but we can't run him into the ground and I think this is a game we can  afford to bench him.  Besides, Borini is champing at the bit and he might do some damage against a poo team like Leicester.

But still good enough to beat Leicester.

That should be true but i thought similar about the Burnley game and look how that went, yeah we scraped the win but they dominated us for a large part of that game mainly by winning the midfield battle with ease.

Basically exactly what Grinch says a couple of posts up, it's a must win game, don't risk it, lets ride the momentum and confidence of the Swansea game and give Leicester a hiding, the Allens, Johnsons and Borini's can play in the cup whilst most our main players can have a rest and be ready for the next league game.
