The fit and proper persons test really does need to be looked at more carefully because too many 'businessmen' are slipping through the cracks, taking ownership and then later bailing because of the inevitable lack of funds. The Portsmouth fans are understandably pissed off with all this. Keith Harris (of Seymour Pearce, rather than Orville fame) has advised Portsmouth about several different interested parties in the past, and I'm wondering just how many off his tip-offs were successful in taking over the club. If this succession of shit owners were recommended by him, then he'd be one of the main culprits for the club's predicament.

I actually saw that fella interviewed a few years back and he is just a normal bloke, seemed sound, his name is John Anthony Portsmouth Football Club, lol, changed his name by deed poll, football needs more characters in my opinion.
