Peel are probably made up that Everton want to build a new stadium down there. They've sat on that land and done fuck all with it since about 2005. When the stadium doesn't get built they can blame Everton's indecisiveness or lack of funding and sit on it for even longer.

I may be wrong but isn't the stadium in the wrong place on that picture. The clock tower in Bramley Dock is much further toward town than that, well before The Titanic hotel. Not sure how big the dock is though, but they always use the clock as a symbol for Bramley dock.
