It looks like Gerrard's house, but it says it was built in 2007, but in that documentary from 2006 he lived in the same house.

I'm sure I read somewhere that Gerrard's got a proper trophy room, with significant shirts on the wall alongside cabinets with his winners medals/individual awards. I might be wrong though.
