1. Immediately thought of this lee mack bit when i watched this poor cockney mug. I must say i hope Wenger stays and buys nobody as i love watching their fans going mental. Rapidly becoming my new favorite past time. IN ARSENE I TRUST!
2. Great thread. Enjoyed reading all these memories of great childhood times. I had both the world cup subbuteo and then later moved on to the tomy super cup football (known as "over the grandstand" by me and my arsenal supporting pal) Every time the tiny plastic ball went flying off the pitch to disappear under floorboards or even in my pals mouth on a few occasions we'd both sing "over the grandstand", oh what happy days (except that the bastard beat me what seems like time after time). In fact i'm not sure i ever won a game against the git!
3. Brilliant! This is the best post on the best thread since the dirk kuyt photoshop thread. Just trawled through it for old times sake and what joy it still brings me. Jibb off this transfer shite and induldge in some good old fashioned dirk kuyt record breaking. http://www.liverpoolway.co.uk/forum/ff-football-forum/101099-dirk-kuyt-photoshop-special-breaking-records.html
4. This is spot on true. I was amazed myself as i had been before and only ever saw tarquin and his pals. I can assure you though, Fulham are no different, they defo have meatheads in their ranks.
5. Funny that, the same thing nearly happened to me! Benny spanked that winner in and I let out what I thought was quite a restrained "yyyyyeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhssssss" only for the only few fulham supporting meatheads to all turn on me. I jumped some rows and squeezed out before any stewards or one of the Ray Winstone wannabes could catch me. Ran all the way to putney bridge singing "we're gonna win the league, we're gonna win the league, and now you better believe us, and now you better believe us, and now you better believe uuuuuussssss, we're gonna win league the league". Boss day all round. Sundays game will be damper that a mermaids wet bits by the way.
6. This could be a stormer of a game. I fancy some tasty tackles going in, maybe 2 red cards (thinking johnson and mirrallas might square up and johnno could possibly chin him). I fully expect us to win but only by a single goal. Come on redmen this is our opportunity to have a memorable moment to look back on as a season defining moment otherwise we'll be only be remembering all the shit storm continually surrounding Luis. We need this win more than ever.
7. A song dedicated to our very own fine young cannibal (the daft knobhead hardly deserves one but fuck it) He drives them crazy (ha ha) like no one else (ha ha) he drives us crazy, and he just can't help himself He drives them crazy (ha ha) like no one else (ha ha) he drives us crazy, and he just can't help himself (with full clapping accompaniment of course)
8. Very sad that another true liverpudlian has passed away. Thank you so much for all your hard work and efforts towards the fight for justice. Rest in peace Anne.

I have just watched the Bill Kenwright speech and I can't be more proud this great city and its people. Him doing that and speaking so sensitively was a great gesture from him personally but more importantly Everton FC, our neighbours, our friends, our brothers. You'll never walk alone
10. This is not a bad suggestion. I also feel that Agger has been slightly dodgy the last few weeks, however he is pretty integral to starting off our moves, especially if Pepe is out, as with a back 3 of jones, skrtel and carra, I'm not sure we'd have the necessary quality of distribution to enable our forward players to thrive. I can see you're point but as we are scoring so freely at present I'd prefer not to disrupt any component of the team and leave it well alone. Based on this I'm opting for a 1-2 win for the Reds. Downing and Gerrard with the goals. Oh and I can't wait to see which coats Brendan's going to plump for. The weather forecast is for heavy showers so probably be in the club trackie and padded jacket but I wouldn't rule out the old blue zipper coat with it's double lining.
11. Simple solution to all this and i have been employing it for a while now. Find a cosy pub with a big satellite dish out front and watch the match on some scandanavian tv station. Not a word from andy gay, jon chumpion, clive "i love mancs" tyldsley and motty prematurely ejaculating everytime chelsea cross the halfway line. Just the match noise and some vikings babbling on in the background. It's just like being at Anfield but with beer on tap and sllightly less farts. oh and ps. I love luis suarez. even more than ever.
12. yes, this is tremendous. make it happen chappies in the kop
