I woke up, getting ready for work. My little one has kept me up all night. Waking up as he has a little virus and is unwell... I was in a very angry mood then saw the banner.

 

Paul, nice seeing you up too during the holidays! Must be the kids eh?

The longest lie in I've had in six years is 7am. Usually I get up between half five and six o'clock. Get used to it mate.

I'm back today after being off for the last 2 weeks and one day.

 

Aye. Mrs Paul and my sister had the same break as you, but we had last week and this. It was ace as we got the Good Friday bank holiday tacked on too.

I am a bit shite at remembering what age things happened at, it was 5 years ago our youngest was 3. The 6 year old should deffo be able to leave you the hell alone. My method was being generally unpleasant as fuck in the morning so that they didn't want me around.

There are special circumstances at the moment. However, they're both early to bed and early to rise so we get evenings to ourselves after about 7.30pm. They tend to wake each other in the morning and then wake us. Mrs Paul is ale to go back to sleep, but I'm not so I tend to get up with them. When my daughter is a bit more self-sufficient, we'll certainly be employing the raging bastard technique in order to get another hour in bed.
