Think 6 is the overwhelming need in midfield.

We have lots of #8/#10's, and some #6/#8's we lack a really dominant #6.

Slot plays with 2 of the fuckers in his double pivot or whatever the hell it is. Gonna have to dig deep FSG.

Where? He is not going to stay in England.

I always thought he'd end up at Real Madrid. The resounding success of Bellingham's first season might encourage both Real and him in that regard. Just a hunch though.

If he is going to Madrid it will be on a free a year from now.

Heard somewhere he likes an inverted right back. Hope not unless we have the players who can do it.

He alternates between a 433 and 4231 and we have plenty of the other more progressive player in a double pivot (Mac Allister, Gravenberch, Jones, Bajcetic, Trent etc). It's the least advanced of the two we're lacking.

Koopmeiner (who we've been linked with on and off) scored  a fair amount of goals in the double pivot for him so you'd imagine Mac Allister would be ideal for that role as well as doubling up as an option at #10.

There will be a lot of wages off the books. If Salah goes his wages alone are high. Thiago, Matip and Adrian are on the same as salah combined.

Then basically anyone else getting moved on like Kelleher.

That's just an opportunity to save money. And if Salah goes, we'll have to replace him, which won't be cheap.

Said on the other thread I doubt the fee we get for Salah pays for the player we will need to bring in. There will be some savings on wages but not on the fee imo.

Eddy already telling Joycey and Basco to write the hit pieces.

Choice line from Joycey; "Nunez was very much a Klopp signing. Liverpool’s recruitment preferred Christopher Nkunku."

Basco: "When Klopp leaves this summer, Darwin Nunez loses his biggest ally. Michael Edwards and Richard Hughes are entitled to look coldly upon Nunez’s contributions knowing that he wasn’t signed under his watch.

Uh oh.

I wouldn't be bragging about this considering Nunez offers alot more than that cripple.

It could have said Carlton Cole, that's not the point.

There's a brief by people at the club putting Nunez down.

Season before he scored 23 and assisted 9 though.

Either way it doesn't really impact the current incumbents, it's like when a new GM comes in at an NFL team, they get given reign to clear house because they can't be blamed for the mistakes before them.

they can all fuck off with that "his signing, their signing" bullshit. it is a club signing.

they're entitled to look coldly? you could say that about everyone in the squad then, because the FSG and edwards himself have been clear he works for FSG and hughes is the club man and he wasn't involved in signing any of them. it's a fucking shithouse trick trying to just drop some shit on klopp because edwards doesn't like klopp has bigger balls than him. let's see how big edwards balls will be when they're getting kicked pillar to post when we are midtable next year Jossy Blair blaming klopp for wearing the players out.

I'd like us to sign somebody with a pair of bollocks. A player who takes no shit and actually takes losing as a fucking personal outrage. No shoulder slouching "oh well" biffs. Being bullied by utter dogshit players.

Everton are wank they remain a pile of wank. Getting beat is one thing but just getting manhandled and out fought by that shit, Jesus.  I'm still pissed off. going one down so often its so fucking weak for it to still be a thing from manager to every single player.

There was clearly some ego thing going on behind the scenes with Edwards and Klopp before the former left.
