He was the best of a bad bunch but he put in a shift, worked hard for the team and didn't let himself down. Maybe it's some weird muscle memory, but you'd think in this condition they'd try to concentrate on the basics, but they're STILL doing blind passes and backheels and flicks where there isn't anyone except an opponent. Really odd.

I think his lack of situational awareness would be even more exposed in midfield. He’s fine at RB if he has cover, but it’s not there at the moment and it doesn’t look like it will be with this group of players anytime soon.

Arthur played for the u21's today.

 

When he recovers from that in May I reckon we may see a 20 minute cameo from him at our last home game of season......that 20 mins being how long it takes him to limp around a lap of the pitch waving at the crowd after the final whistle.
