I wish I liked coffee, I like gadgets and stuff the different varieties of a hot drink that gives you an energy boost sounds great but I just think it tastes and smells pure shit. I like coffee revels though weirdly. 

 

Same with fish, I wish I liked it but fish fingers and battered cod aside it leaves me cold and I've tried a fair bit of it in the hope.

Another vote here for the Nespresso Vertuo. Quick and clean. I do also have an Aeropress which I use quite regularly. 

 

I do sometimes wonder what my Scouse, docker granddad (RIP) would think of me getting posh coffee pods delivered to my house every month.

Well, I've been given one of these. A Nespresso Virtuo Plus. Stayed away from the bean to cup option as advised on here and I think I'm quite happy, even though the instructions look hard work and I've no idea whic pods to buy yet.

I like the double espresso ones, there's a couple of them. I usually have third of a cup of heated milk with it.

Got the exact same machine. It’s a quality machine. Lungo is always a good call, full cup then. Mrs got me the advent box from nespresso. That was really nice too.

Nespresso usually give free credit out as well.

The infinement range is nice.

We used one for 2 months, was very convenient, but to be honest I quite enjoy the ceremony of preparing a new pot of coffee.  That said, we must be burning tons more electric this way.  Boiling two kettles a day, and then countless re-heating of cups in the microwave....
