Probably top 2 soon, I can see Federer easing off even more if he wins another Wimbledon title. Not many players about at the moment who can reach their level on a consistent basis. Look at the players just behind the top three ranked players...Thiam, Tspitas, Anderson and Nishikori. Some German kid Zvervev who is ranked 5th atm, only 22 and getting better quickly.

Kyrgios has got the talent, not to de-throne these 3 but potential number 1 when they finish. Needs a massive attitude check though if he wants to exploit it properly.

Not by me, I’ve always maintained that his A game was better than all of them, too bad it was akin to Halley’s  Comet.

His attitude is shit mate, I can't see it changing as he sees himself as a bit of a rebel. Still young though, so if he surrounds himself with the right people he has a chance. The thing the top players have is consistency, none of the chasing pack has that, Murray did, but unfortunately he peaked at a time where three players were better than him.

Did you watch him against Nadal last week? Yes he lost (and lost his head) but some of the shots he pulled off were incredible. Even Nadal was shaking his head. The talent is absolutely there but he needs to build on it. 

 

Funnily enough though he probably played worse once he stopped calling the umpire a cunt after every lost point.
