Man City - the new bitters?

I was going to post something about those man city financial results/fantasy and the utterly suffocatingly depressing stranglehold they, and other big money entities, have on global sport. This is the way it is now, and the way its going to be.  Fifa, Uefa, the Premier League, the IOC, boxing, all of them, are beholden to their money.

Now with FSG seemingly on the way out, it feels like there is a chink of light.  But the only way to compete is to join them.

Its a horrible choice.

Some did (write it with a straight face!).

Taking out over 1500 seats and installing double decker pitch side advertising made a phenomenal difference to 'matchday income' what?

My mate, STholder in thd Auto cup scheme, hasn’t been able to get extra tickets for his boys to watch our U21s v League one Derby. If you’re a City ST holder in their cup scheme, you can buy an additional FIVE tickets for their game vs Chelsea. Tells you all you need to know about their ‘increase in match day revenues’.

At the start of the season, someone here said they couldn't see City dropping any points in the whole season.

I don't quite want to go down the Evertonian road of ruin that is 'enjoy their losses more than our wins', but I can't like, I do like it a lot.

Said this to my mates. The one season city turn in inconsistent results is the one season we cant string a run of results together.

Apart from when we won the league, you mean?

Typical that this mob of cheats are stuttering a bit more this year now we have collosally dropped off.

We're only 10 points off them..... Just saying.

The sad thing is, nothing will be done because theyll Kill the golden goose if they punish them. Italian football never recovered from the Juve bribery scandals and they won’t want that here.

Harris is not letting this one go is he? It's good he's trying to shine a light on it as the football authorities seem to have little or no interest.

Was just reading this.

Hopefully something will come from it, n doubt there will be multiple stories tomorrow that Nick Harris is a racist or something.

I was just checking that. They lost 9 times that season.

I think most of those losses came after Guardiola publically conceeded and decided to go all in for the CL while we were home and hosed.
