Roma published ticket information on their website for their Champions League semi-final with Liverpool...

Liverpool have drawn Roma in the ECL semi final with the first leg at Anfield.

 

They should have plenty to play for in the second leg, so the odds of them fielding a weakened team against us has probably grown stronger.

 

Also, where do you all stand on cargo pants? I think it practically identifies you as coming from Stoke.

That Roma ticket sale thing:

 

a. could be a Photoshop. Has anybody seen a version with the web or e-mail address in the picture?

 

b. could be pure coincidence. They could've had a web-link for ticket sales ready to go and were just testing it briefly on their site, and would then edit the team and date once the draw confirmed that info.

 

c. a fixed draw. Cos UEFA love us.

 

I think each option is as plausible as the others (although c is probably the least plausible, if we're being honest)

Most likely b. When I reveiw my tickets on Liverpools site there are loads of dummy entries. If UEFA wanted a showcase final surely they would have kept Real and Bayern apart rather risk the pesky Ingleesh and eytalians in the final.

Realistically , if we had been looking at any other English club in our place and were rating the 6 possible outcomes you would have Roma home first as 2nd of 6.

 

BTW anybody know where the final is being held as they kept it a bit quiet at the draw.
