Selling Sakho

  1. 1. Would it be a mistake to sell him?

I don't really mind.  It shows that he cares and has some professional pride at least. He needs to concentrate on stopping going isolating on the pitch and then he might still have a future here.  I'm sure he'll get another chance with the amount of games and injuries we have. Sort it out, Mamadou.

he needs to be more isolated when going for headers that his cb partner is about to go for and not trying to enter said cb feet first through the mouth

@mamadousakho3: I really want to apologise to the club, the supporters and every person who felt offended when I left the stadium this afternoon.

@mamadousakho3: I’m aware that it was a bad choice from my part to go isolating to watch the game!

He's got nothing to apologise for, it's good that we have at least one footballer who gives enough of a shit about anything.

As I wrote in the match thread, Rodgers not even putting him on the bench is a pretty obvious message that he doesn't rate Sakho, and a bit of a polite fuck you as well.

I worry about the way Rodgers chops and changes CBs and demotes them, returns them, that he really does see all of our defensive issues as simply a case of individual errors and is thus overlooking the defensive frailties at the heart of how we set up and play. Hence, two and a bit seasons on, we still look frail at the back almost every time we step out on the pitch.
