Scouse Tapas, you seem a bit of an aficionado. 

I'm in a heated dispute, and I'd like your opinion. My stance is that Lord Windermere interfered minimally with On His Own, that the second barely altered stride pattern, didn't snatch up, stop running, have to change line, and was just an unlucky loser. Concluded that it would have been very harsh if LW lost that race.

The contrasting stance is that the interference cost OHO the race and that the stewards bottled it due to the status of the race involved. I think this stance is utter bollocks.

What say you?
