Im from Glasgow and can tell you that hooper is not in our class range best bet for him is villa - west brom level wanyama however is a different kettlle of fish outstanding player whether as midfielder or defender a beast of a player and given the financial climate in scottish football 5-6 mill bid would suffice

Cheers, mate. Any time I've seen Wanyama he has looked proper brutal.

I think you have to look at Ba as the primary option in January when you consider his price, his quality and the fact Carroll may be involved which may negate the price entirely, and even have some cash coming our way.

Not sure why a no mark from Scotland would be a better option. At 24 he's not even really a youngster, so couldn't really be brought in as a development player for the U-21's.

Hooper is a decent player and i realise that we must downgrade our thinking re new players but again i stress he is a big fish in a very, very small pond. Wanyama for me everytime. Agree with the yellow card / red card but he is young enough to learn and the fee 5-6 for a FSG point of view could easily transform into a 15-20 mill fee in a few years

Your too late April 1 has past Mccourt?!?!? Plays like 7 games a season for celtic. He has a worse injury record than agger and only plays well against the lower league opposition. Wanyama everytime is the only sellable asset the SPL has to offer with maybe Charlie Mulgrew being the exception
