No wonder so many wrestlers died young. I remember reading the dynamite kid saying about his daily routine (and that of many other wrestlers) Speed to wake up, pain killers in massive amounts to train and wrestle. Ridiculous amounts of steroids because the diet could be shit so you'd have to take more than your average gym rat. Coke and ale at night followed by sleeping tabs to knock you out.

I’ve not really watched it in years, I’ve read that it’s been getting better again with HHH as Head Of Creative. 
 

Watch Vince re-install himself as head again and watch it slide back to shit. The vast majority of WWE’s key demographics are <45 years old (I assume it leans more towards the younger end of that scale).
 

Obviously,  that demographic needs an almost 80 year old man telling them what’s cool these days. You know, like talking like this…

Just been to my 3rd Paramount Promotions event in St Benets club in netherton.

 

A really good lot of fun and some decent wrestling to boot. Took KidD who loved it.
