I don't really understand what meadow's game is. Surely if he was going to blame everything on trump (and I don't really see how that's a defence), he'd have been better taking a plea?

He’s trying to get it to federal court so that he can run the defence that he was acting in the capacity of a federal officer following instructions from the Prez (I was just doing my job and following orders your honour). That defence isn’t available to him at state level.

Another reason most of the orange cunts fellow indicted want their cases moved to federal court is that the judge will more likely be  republican appointed one and the jury pool is selected from more places than just fullton County so will have more chance of getting a maga cunt on said jury.

Also, no cameras allowed in federal Court and there is in state.
