We appreciate your concern about the transfer of Ross Barkley from Everton to Chelsea but we feel that your time could be put to better use, maybe you could channel this concern into investigating the fee of £89,000 that you charged Liverpool City Council for legal fees associated with your employment tribunal - that you refuse to disclose.

Joe Anderson has now written to both the FA and THE POLICE over the Ross Barkley transfer.

The council aren't directly funding the stadium are they?

They're borrowing the dosh for Everton acting as guarantors and charging Everton more than it costs them, so are in effect making the council money.
