That Villa fan getting thrown out.

Some lad at Bolton got thrown out for bringing beer to where he was sitting - I assume this was an honest mistake but he got thrown out!

Another lad got arrested at the front but I'm not sure what for, it still required the presence of many police officers though.

Football isn't for fans anymore. If they could find a way of generating revenue and atmosphere without us, then we would be out on our ears.

In fact if SKY doubled their sponsorship money then clubs wouldn't give a fuck whether we attended or not. We are just window dressing nowadays....an amorphous blob who occasionally serve a purpose.

Having said that I am hammered so I could be wrong.

If you ever get thrown out of a football ground. Make sure they take your details off you. Because

1. CCTV is around

2. You can make a complaint and follow it up

3. Dunno

I'll help you out with No 3

3. Request ALL CCTV footage of you on tape. They are legally obligated to supply it and have to block the faces of everyone else.

Bolton didn't want fans in there at all. 5 minutes after kick off there must of been atleast 200 fans outside the ticket office being told they couldn't buy tickets for the empty seats because they hadn't bought tickets off the club before and the club had no record of them, therefore they would rather have empty seats and turn people away dissapointed than take money and have happy fans.

Last year was a different story though. Bolton had representitives outside just after kick off handing out tickets for FREE just to get arses on plastic. Don't know what's changed.

Sounds like they didn't want away fans mixing with home fans.

That is the most concise assessment about the 'modern' game I've read anywhere. If drinking excessively is to blame then keep it up. (not to often though, such realism is only for them with a strong disposition)!
