The real impressive work they are doing that separates them from the likes of United and Chelsea is with Dan Ashworth and the team he's putting in place.

 

They've been busy recruiting staff at all levels and positions from clubs in the PL and abroad and implementing the positional scouting he did at Brighton.

 

It might not bring immediate results but in a few years....
