EDIT. - While I'm being a smart arse about the British / Irish thing (for those wondering, British media is always claiming Irish actors are British and they've been doing it again with the recent Oscar nominations) I'm not being a smart arse about the Actor/Actress thing.  I was genuinely surprised no females were mentioned as I read the thread title as for both.

Haha, the Ronan one is a bit mad. I assume the Mescal ref is confusion by the copywriter as it's a British film/submission, but yeah. Happens too often.
