What interests me about rises in reports of antisemitism is that it is autmatically assumed that there was actual antisemitism, and not just somebody reporting something that isn't antisemitic because they don't like it. We've seen plenty of examples of this online, like dog lady. This is lazy journamlism. Ask how many incidents that were investigated resulted in some form of action, and then measure that against the norm.
