Just seen a replay of the Mancs goal. Spurs keeper is going to cost them a chance at the League, same as us the last few years. Good attempt by Rashford but that could have been stopped.

Yeah I agree, United are playing to their ability at the moment. I’d rather play Mourinho’s defeatist United though, they look up for it now.

They aren't better than what we have, but I agree. Like I said before, without Lukaku and a disinterested Sanchez,  you can play nice attacking football or the quick counter with their attackers. They have a better squad than most people think. It speaks to how poor Mourinho was.

I can't help but feel City would have a better chance of taking their eye off the ball in the league if Spurs weren't breathing down their necks.

I don't know about that. We weren't great against either Mourinho or LvG. I'd rather play this side, which is more dangerous but also more open. It will also be a more entertaining game.

Mourinho gave up this season, he wanted to be sacked and get a nice, bumper pay off.

Honestly i don't get it..

I hate them - despise them, but them taking pts off spurs today helps us (however small) in our quest to end a 29 year title drought....their win has zero effect on us.

 

Each to their own i suppose but i can't get on that train of thought.
