The shitness of modern football

On Sky's football page, I noticed that Italy and France are playing a friendly right now. Clicking the link shows you match details including team line-ups. Normally when you see team line-ups on websites, the players often have symbols next to their name to indicate if they've scored, picked up a card or been subbed etc. There is a new symbol on the Sky website - a little football boot - to indicate what time a player changed his boots during the game. Yes, you read that correctly.

Fuck it, Can picks up foot injury with Germany so will miss next 2 games. Not sure if thats good news or not.

read the other day that over half our squad have had injuries since returning for pre season/in season so far..

"

Klopp has seen over half his first-team squad suffer injuries in the two months since the players returned to training.

"Sheyi Ojo and Loris Karius are close to returning to fitness, while Ragnar Klavan was the latest to pick up an injury last week which saw him miss the Spurs game.

Lucas Leiva returned from injury last week, while Mamadou Sakho, Joel Matip, Joe Gomez, Philippe Coutinho, James Milner, Marko Grujic, Daniel Sturridge, Divock Origi and Can have all had injuries since returning for the new season"

Soft as shite.

At last! Been waiting for that for years.

No doubt Bet365 will soon have a market for it.
