The shitness of modern football

The FA have said they'll be investigating the laser pen incident in last night's match between the Mancs and Middlesbrough. There are countless examples of players having laser pens shone in their face during games (the people aiming the laser pens always have a bloody good aim for that, yet are probably the same people who manage to miss the toilet boil whenever they go for a piss) but because it was England's poster boy and he subsequently missed the penalty, they feel they need to act. A bit like when they went grovelling to UEFA to reduce his 3-match ban despite him deserving the red card and ban for acting the twat, simply because he was England's poster boy.

I don't condone the use of laser pens at matches, but it's annoying that many other instances have been ignored.

Bet they never put the seat down afterwards either, tsk.

The French League with PSG 10 points ahead after just 12 games.  Imagine how fucking shit that must be for other teams, just watching some team with a massive budget dominate.

I remember some chump on BT Sports trying to tell viewers the teams are catching up as it was only 8 points last season compared to 12 the year before for the whole season.

Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri has changed his hair colour for the second time in as many weeks. The Frenchman, 28, had dyed his hair blond but now boasts a slightly grey-looking colour. He posted on Instagram:  "New colour again, needed a change."

You're summing up everything that's wrong with football there, you overrated, self-absorbed lesbian looking, narcissistic, millionaire wankstain.

Self righteous twats who get outraged over the slightest reference to the Sun or Hillsborough but still refer to Manchester United as "Munichs".

Also lads who never go the game despite having enough money to go and slagging off people who have paid £50 or more for a ticket because they voice their frustration about how shit the team plays. Some lad I know hasn't been to Anfield for over ten years despite the fact he has no money problems or kids restricting him, he would rather sit at home watching us on the Internet. Always moaning on Facebook about how shit Anfield's atmosphere is and calls people knobheads for booing.

Three kits a year.

Sponsored training kits

Match day tracksuits

Training tracksuit

European training tracksuit

No bobble hats.

If we were sponsored by Nike, we'd have pre-match shirts too. Yeah, there is such a thing. I get that people might buy a club tracksuit or jacket/coat instead of or as well as a club shirt, but who the fuck buys training shirts?

West Ham are basically given a ground and the first quote is not that the new stadium will be great for the team and the supporters but "The Olympic Stadium offers enormous commercial and brand opportunities," added Brady.

Brady?

You mean the millionaire Tory twat who took a short break from laughing all the way to the bank at the taxpayer's expense in order to vote for tax credit cuts? That Brady?

I would, tbh mate. Training shirts tend to be less overtly club branded so I'd buy one for running in. Much more likely to buy a training shirt than a squad shirt as I believe that anyone over the age of 40 caught wearing a squad shirt should be shot in the back of the head.
