I feel like the entire purpose of making Stannis's daughter prominent was so we would be riled, when he murdered her and I think that's very manipulative. More so, in fact, when Meryn Trant is reintroduced in the same episode as a paedo.

I thought that final scene was actually miles better and much more satisfying than in the books. I was almost certain they'd leave it as a whodunnit for the next season but I'm glad they didn't. 

 

Was surprised to see the battle turn out like it did, that's a pretty big change in direction from what I was expecting. 

 

Wondered what the fuck they were doing with The Mountain. Suppose that's a more interesting thing to do with him than just having him reeling with being poisoned for weeks on end.
