Our daughter is 17 months old.

 

I am only 23 and the Mrs is 21 next month like- If we have them young then we can have our lives back by the time were both 40. The aim is to then have lots of money and to be able to enjoy each others company then,

FG i can assure you life does not follow your thinking, the little toads have their own itinerary. My eldest is 15, she plans on leaving home as soon as she's old enough then returning for 'quality' time with me when the youngest leaves home. I can also guarantee the lots of money thing won't happen either, they bleed you dry.

 

I'm emigrating as soon as the youngest leaves home without telling anybody. I've got it all planned.

 

On another note, one child is hard work, subsequent children are a piece of piss, (other then sleep deprivation) it gets easier with each one. Number 4 only makes a noise when he's hungry or someones stolen his footb*l.

Congratulations to all and i hope everything goes smoothly. Wished we had started earlier, 3 kids of which the youngest is 3 and i'm 46 this year. Mind you i enjoyed life up until i was 31 when the first bundle of joy came along.
