  1. Agreed, I actually think his ability on the ball is overstated. Better than most goalies around, still. Not sure what he was doing today. What was that illness he had the other day, must have been brain-fart-itis
  2. Still? Was he ever? Don't think he's ever been in our top 3 personally Stig!
  3. Head a wobble. He's on the wane but instead of buying out his contract there's this thing called transfers. We could find a suitor who purchases him for a few quid, an then we move on and use said funds toward Marc Overmars / Damien Duff / Quaresma etc....
  4. Anyone follow Dan Hodges on Twitter? If he tweets something in that cocksure tone he loves where he States his opinion as a dramatic fact, please reply with "Huge if true". Long as you don't mind the possibility of being blocked, like.
  5. I hope it is tbh. One thing about elections, the leader of the opposition has to get a significant proportion of media attention /a platform in mainstream media to give their vision / policies for the wider public to see and hear. Corbyn has not had that so far as leader of opposition (admittedly he's been poor with the chances he has had so far). The general public so far in the most will have made an opinion on him through 2 minute snippets from the news etc. Also, if he does lose, even quite badly, at least we can move on rather than drag the in-fighting and constant battles for the next 4 years.
  6. Dan Hodges is an overdramatic and unhinged individual. And a cunt.
  7. I'm picking Crolla on points. Probably with a slightly dodgy decision, but think he gets the nod all the same.
  8. I was on the other end of this scenario one time. Turned up for away game, the pitch in Maghull was frozen solid, we were 9th or something and the team we were playing were going for the league and one of them horrible teams that have loads of bell ends on the line. Our goalie refused to play on it, and it got quite heated because obviously they wanted the game to go ahead. The ref sided with us and it kicked off. We ended up getting chased off in our cars. I was hungover and quite happy with not playing tbf.
  9. I'm on for £30 here. Big bucks
  10. It's very close this. Jacobs game plan has been very good.
  11. I have a funny feeling Jacobs is gonna cause a shock here.
