Keep Skrtel. Not many centre backs around better than him at his age, with his experience and it would probably cost more than 8 million to get a decent replacement.

He's not fantastic, he's actually very suspect to making mistakes and is vastly overrated. The only game where he has honestly made me stand up and take notice is when he had Drogba in his back pocket back in the 2007 CL Semi.

 

Other than that, honestly I don't see the hype.
