The mother of a teenage girl who died during protests in Iran has accused authorities of murdering her daughter.

Authorities say Nika Shakarami, 16, appears to have been thrown from a building, possibly by workmen.

Meanwhile, an official forensic report has said a woman whose death sparked the protests died from ill health.

The family of Mahsa Amini, a 22-year-old Iranian Kurd, say she died as a result of being beaten by morality police.

She was detained on 13 September in Tehran for allegedly breaking the strict law requiring women to cover their hair with a hijab, or headscarf.

The police denied that she was mistreated and said she suffered a heart attack.

Mrs HL's sister is staying this weekend.

We live in Skem and she lives in Whiston so I went to pick her up about 1:00.

I'm on the Rainford bypass travelling towards St Helens and it's pissing down.

Anybody who knows the bypass will know that sections of it are prone to getting waterlogged and large puddles form particularly on the Ormskirk bound side just before the railway bridge, it was there where I saw a fella on his bike on the cycle path next to the road just as a solo HGV overtook him causing a spray so severe it nearly knocked him off his bike.

I saw what was going to happen and it was all over in a few seconds before I passed him but his reaction absolutely creased me, shaking his fists, giving the finger, he must have been furious the poor bastard.

Cunt of a thing the lorry driver did like but funny as fuck. I was chuckling all the way to Whiston.

Me mum was telling me she was talking to a double amputee in a wheelchair who reckoned she'd been punched in the face by a schoolgirl. I cracked up laughing and I don't know why. That's not remotely funny. Maybe because in my mind they were the same height.

Helluva punch that, to literally knock someone off their feet.
