Census figures out for NI and they make very interesting reading. Catholics out number protestants for the first time, people who identify as UK only is down, only 30% of the population. I predict there will be an independent N Ireland within 30 years, no ties to the Republic or the UK.

Immigrants and children of immigrants will eventually outnumber both sections of society. It's why Sinn Fein were quick to support immigration policies. They realised early that if they supported non-nationals then they'd get their votes. 13.5% of the population born outside of NI is a large number of potential voters for SF to target and most of these would likely be Catholic.
