Solicitors are not called to the bar - barristers are, and law centres do not employ voluntary solicitors, they are funded. And TK421 is correct in that if Simon had indulged in any such activity here, then we would have to report him. I dread the day a client says something to me that they shouldn't about finances. Fortunately it hasn't happened yet.

If and its a big IF they could convict simon for his voluntary admissions of certain illegal activities, then the law centre would be a no go area for everyone. As for the dickheads saying that the C.A.B would grass him up if he went , would you as a voluntary worker grass up a client and put extra hours upon yourself for no extra charge/reward?
