Where's the option for 'parsley and eel sauce' AKA liquor. It's not my preferred choice by any stretch as I think it's pretty gross but East End of London it's the most common addition, allegedly.

I thought that was with pie and mash rather than sausage and mash. They chuck in a few jellied eels for good measure.
