So I predict, Hazar off to Real, Morata and Sanchez to Chelsea, Diego Costa to China. They'll have Sanchez-Morata-Pedro front 3 and they'll make a profit out of these deals. Crazy, I wish LFC could do that.

We could do that, but we'd have to buy players of the quality of Costa and Hazard in the first place. The fatal flaw in an otherwise excellent plan.

Fuck Arsenal. Wenger quoted this week saying they had a verbal agreement with Suarez when they tried to buy him for £40m +£1.

In fact, fuck em both.

I saw that. But since we never gave arsenal permission to talk to suarez, how could they have had a verbal agreement unless there was an illegal approach?

Conversely, wenger could just be talking bollocks.

Maybe their "business model" is being undermined by outrageous, ever increasing fees and long term contract subscriptions to let people watch 1/5 of their teams games on the telly, if they're lucky enough to follow the "big 6"?

A big chunk of the population have less disposable income than they did 10 years ago and if you're looking to cut your outgoings and you're going through your bank statement the £70 out every month to Sky is going to be one of the first you look at jibbing.

Do as the thread in Technical(?) says, phone them up every every so often and threaten to quit. They'll eventually offer you a reduction. My last reduction finished January so I'll be phoning them in another couple of months to see what they'll offer.

Did that and actually signed up for Vodafone broadband and they made a complete balls of it. My house number is 151 and they went round and turned off 115. Ended up my sky broadband hadnt been turned off so just plugged it back in again.

This is an abbreviated version of what happened. The whole thing went on for months.

FIFA opening proceedings against Neil Taylor re: Coleman's leg.

He was red carded wasn't he?  Not sure what the point is.  Unless they can prove he intended to break his leg hasn't the punishment already been dished out?

FIFA, a law unto themselves.

What is it with international football that leaves so many players coming back fucked?

That international managers are eilling to risk injuries knowing the player isnt needed for 4/5 months. They dont give a shit short term
