I miss Stevie...

He scored the goals we want to score, he put the tackles in we would have loved to have done, the passes we would only have dreamed of. The most complete footballer of our generation. Hansen, Souness, Dalglish and Rush into one. And he was ours.

Nobody could touch him. Keane? Fuck off?

Scholes? Haha.

Vieira? Come on now.

Lampard? Nah la.

Stevie was the best there will ever be in my lifetime. Not just lfc, as an all-round footballer. 11 Gerrards beat 11 Messis 12 days a week.

I miss him too. I feel his presence around the club is keenly missed. We are very much lacking in leaders and he was that, on and off the pitch. Whaddaguy.

An early morning yer ma.

We still haven't replaced Gerrard of 1999 to 2009. Can shows potential but he has to start adding end product to those marauding runs.

Difference is, I don't relate to Can in any way. There's no chance he would dip his brow at someone in wetherspoons who checks his tenner, but then goes and snaps a world class midfielder in 2 for no reason apart from to welcome the cunt to Liverpool.
