Has to be both, surely? I like Jol but he looks like a defeated man who has no answers. He's clearly not inspiring the players, and the players themselves collapse at the first sign of adversity. Look how quickly they folded after that first goal.

Fair play to us for not getting dragged down to their level but this may be the worst performance I have seen prom a league club in years. They have no way to hit on the counter, no desire no workrate off the ball, ponderous in central defence - nothin.
