It's amazing isn't it.

You cannot reference your own minority group, wait for it, so says the 'BLACK LAWYERS SOCIETY'.

Fuck off, sue me. I'd love to hear what a judge thinks of all this bollocks, though I think I can already guess judging by the innocent verdict on John Terry.

Oh, will someone please save the blacks from this persecution? Racism is tearing this country apart....*sob*

Spurs have a genuine historical connection to the Jewish Community which if they want to highlight and celebrate it as part of their identity then I can understand that.

Hate to agree with Powar but as in all matters of ethnicity and origin opinions will always be divided even within those ethnic groups themselves. That is because in a democracy, irrespective of 'race' or whatever you choose to call it, the opinion of the individual should be heard above dogma.

It's a grey area. Spurs don't have a monopoly on Jewish fans. Some Jewish people dislike the word others celebrate it.

Powar is inconsistent though. In this case he acknowledges the complexity involved and that not all Jews adhere to the same point of view, even calling Herbert naive not to realise this.

And yet not long ago he was happily sending 'coconut' tweets to Asian Liverpool fans and condemning Glen Johnson any other ethnic minorities who dared to voice their own opinion and go against the party line on the Suarez matter.

Don't they also want '20% representation' across the board, which I'm presuming means that 20% of all players staff etc. should be black.

This is just garbage and if anything is racist in itself 'cos it denies other non-black people the chance of a job or footy career etc. because they are not black.

Football must have the highest percentage of black players/millionaries in any industry in Europe compared with actual percentage of black population so to start suggesting that black people are under represented is stupid.

As for that Rooney rule(? - not sure if thats the name), you should only get the job on merit not 'cos of the colour of your skin.
