The West Indies have finally got two test openers. It's not exactly Greenidge and Haynes for entertainment, but they might occasionally see off the new ball at least. Braithwaite has been there a while but due to Campbell's ban (fucked off a drug test), Shiv Chanderpaul's lad looks like finally getting a go.

Cricket needs a good West Indies team.

Probably getting ahead of myself and it’s bold but really starting to get the impression this team is going to redefine test cricket the way it did with ODI’s. I know it’s flat but really don’t think any team has it in them to play the way this team does.

Not sure how it feel about it though as the competition between bat and ball seems to have been lost.

Let's see how it goes during the Ashes.

The pitches in Pakistan aren't really fit for cricket.

What a cricketer Flintoff was at his peak.

Decent over.

How did the umpire not give that LBW?  What an absolute shocker.

Interesting declaration by England against Pakistan, hopefully the bowlers can do the job.

And is there a worse "journalist" in the world than Stephan Shemilt?
