Crowing about an incomplete stadium, that may, in fact, never be completed, that they may never play in, is classic chicken counting. 

 

Even if it is completed and they do play there, in whatever league they're in at the time, how long before their first forced postponement because of 'weather conditions'? And how long before the mounting fixture pile-up is blamed on Heysel?

Going into that game today Dyche should have been in the press and other media all week talking up Everton's sending off record in this fixture. Really place the emphasis on that 'kin rat Pawson and the other bent officials.

They've got a point about corruption, though.  The way the referee stopped them having any shots on target, apart from Calvert-Lewin's piss-weak header straight to Ali's arms, was absolutely scandalous.

 

The bottom line is they played like Everton and they lost like Everton, and as long as they stay in denial about that nothing is going to improve for them.

They keep wanking over this stadium as being "iconic".  I genuinely can't think of any newly built stadium that you would call "iconic": you can use words like "nice" or "big" but any stadium only gains iconic status by a history of great things happening there.

 

Bramley Moore Dock will never be iconic.

I couldn't get past the 1st minute. What exactly are they up in arms about? Their only complaint they can have is the konate incident? No Young's red card or the pen? So they're getting wound up about one yellow card?
