This has been a mental day and it looks like it's only going to get worse. However, can we all show a bit of restraint please? There have been comments made on here about death tonight, as well as calls for a US judge to be targeted with emails, something one of our many resident lawyers has suggested could be highly foolish.

 

In short, vent by all means, but try to make sure Dave isn't named in Tom Hicks' next TRO out of the Texas District Court...

Is Paul's restrainting order legally binding on other forums?

 

Lot of hysteria going on at the moment alright. It's been a long day.

Take a deep breath people, he's getting more and more desperate. Keep the faith and trust RBS/Broughton/NESV to keep smacking him back down.

25th October he wants the hearing.

 

He wants more time to find money. We don't.

 

I think he just wants some money thrown at him to go away - he tried the same shit with the Texas Rangers. I agree with Paul though, we just need to relax and get some sleep. This shit will still be there in the morning
