I'm sensing a little confusion in this thread. Some are under the impression that FRIED beans are a no-no. Of course you don't fry them. I realise the bacon, eggs, sausages, black puddings etc are often loaded into one pan, which leaves no room for beans. They aren't the main part of the dish, but make for a very nice accompaniment.

 

Oh, and huevos rancheros? Now THERE'S a boss breakfast dish.

 

Regardless of your preference, Masala Chai is a must.
