Fuck...I could be here all day, mostly because I'm crap at thinking of things from memory. Three that come to mind are the bone gun from Existenz, Li Mu Bai's sword from Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, and Bruce Lee's Nunchaku from Enter The Dragon.

 

Bill and Ted's phonebox is an awesome one too, agreed.

 

Now that I think of it, if I could have a working version and could somehow manage to ride it, I'd have Kaneda's bike from the anime film Akira :
