Yeah, for sure. I think there were better ways of going about closing it out, we definitely didn't need to keep a front three. Klopp has done the same thing a few times and almost every time he brings on an extra defender for a forward we look pretty vulnerable, it just goes against how we always play. You'd think Klopp would have seen this before. Like I said though we don't have too many options with the injuries at the moment.

Well, it's not like we have any other midfielders to bring on at the moment. I hate bringing on an extra defender though, every time we do it we just invite pressure and look vulnerable. Has anyone seen Gaethje's fight before the UFC? Did he always get rocked in them as well? In his 3 UFC fights he's been on wobbly legs every time, even in the win against Johnson he got cracked a few times. It's awesome entertainment but ooof I worry about his long term health. His game plan is to just outlast his opponent. Those leg kicks are viscous though, Dustin will be limping for a few weeks.

As long as they do it soon though, Whittaker is out for a while but not a huge while so if these 2 want to fight then do it soon and then Rob will be willing to kick the shit out of the winner. I fell ill with those symptoms for 3 or 4 summer windows but quickly learned to try and ignore everything before the first game of the new season as soon as the last season ended. There is nothing to be gained by dwelling on what might or might not happen in terms of transfers. We are powerless in all of it so let it be what it will be and save yourself the stress of worrying about it. Why worry about something you have zero control over. It's fucking stupid to do so.

This is so boring. I'm glad I learned many years ago to just ignore as much as possible during the off-season because 95% is bullshit and boredom. Whittaker a clear winner and with a bum leg for 4 and 3/4 rounds. Stuffed almost every takedown and landed more than twice as much on the feet (significant strikes). in his last 2 fight's he's beaten the 2 guys who everyone said were the guys who deserved the title shot and were the most dangerous in the division. He and Bisping have similar styles in that they are in and out type strikers who are good at stuffing takedowns and accumulate strikes. Right now though Whittaker is a lot faster, stronger and has a wider variety of strikes. He should be a big favourite going into the fight. I can see him catching Bisping a lot. Whittaker has such an entertaining style of fighting and at 26 he should have plenty more great fights to come.

As much as I'm like what a douche bag, at the same time would you not want to be invited to the biggest Hollywood parties??? Fair play to the lad being able to get the big invites despite doing almost nothing.

I'm torn. I love a good bargain, Matip for free still makes me smile. 60mil is crazy money and the wages are even worse but if Klopp really wants him and if his price doesn't mean we have to change our other targets then I'm reluctantly OK with it. What will make me really Ok with it is if we can get 30 odd million for Sakho. If we can do that then it will be a lot easier to swallow.

I hope you boys are appreciating Bobby Knuckles aka Robert Whittaker, love watching that kid fight! Despite the fact he is an Aussie/Kiwi he just has an entertaining style of fighting. Quick precise striking, great movement and a good takedown defence. Those are the dudes who put on a show and Rob is the epitome of that. It'll be interesting to see who he gets next, Rockhold has been the main name mentioned. That is a great fight on paper and if it's for the number 1 contender position then it makes sense but then Romero is right there also so it might be in Robs best interest to wait a while and see what plays out.

The guy lost the Mother of his kids that's gonna be tough, I don't care if he cheated or not it's still a really tough situation. I also don't care which football team he played for, these things are inconsequential. I can't abide by people who take football rivalry's into personal issues, they are 2 very different situations.
