You're right, he doesn't have to leave. So if you mean he holds all the cards, means he's not a slave, you'd be right. But your entire position is based on him not wanting to leave and go on a bosman. He might not want to leave, but he wants to stay long term and we won't offer that deal. He's not controlling that. He might actually want to leave now, end of an era and all that and go from £17.5m per year taxed, to £100m per year tax free. He can't control that yet either, we do. As i said in my previous post, the only outcome Salah completely controls is if he wants a bosman. He can obviously use that in all his negotiating regardless of if he wants to stay long or go now. But we control the situation.
